During a consultation with our Information & Referral Specialist (IRS), your current circumstances and future aspirations will be evaluated through a series of questions. From this, the IRS will identify suitable programs and services, compiling them into a document – your Personalized Settlement Plan – which will be emailed to you. You can then review, print or save this plan, and follow up by contacting the recommended programs or services.
